SELAH Moments: 2012

Meditate on These Things

The word Selah is used in the Bible in Psalms and in Habakkuk. The Selahs are there to signal the believer to 'measure' carefully the meaning of what has been said. Selah is an exhortation for us to be wise and measure or weigh what has been said that we understand its true meaning.

Philippians 4:8 (NKJ) Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy - meditate on these things.
